I would like to share with you the greatest service I have had the entire year 2023 was today at
the Lowes store in Grand Junction. I would like to let the management know what wonderful
kind and understanding Will and Glen were from the appliance department. They deserve more than a thank you. I though great customer service no longer existed until today. These gentleman went

Called Lowe’s on East West Connector in Austell.. was hang up on x2 after holding > 15 mins . All I needed to know, if garage doors I needed was in stock. On my 3rd try, Yulanda answered. On Black Friday I visited the Woodbridge, NJ Lowe’s to look for a Power Tool Charging Station that my son had wanted for a while now, I couldn’t find it located with the other Kobalt tools so I found a Lowe’s employee named Jonathan Hunt to ask for help locating it, I brought a photo with the Item number and model number of what I was looking for and showed it to Jonathan, he told me to stay right where I was and he will find the item for me, in less that five minutes he found it and brought it to me, Jonathan so helpful to me he made my Christmas shopping so much easier…for which I am well pleased.
At 84-years old, I feel I am a “Candidate for Lowe’s Super Shopper”. I enjoy going in Lowe’s for my household purchases! I know sometimes I wear my daughters out because I stay SOOOOOO long! Yes, I do have a habit of having to see, touch, smell, hear, think about, and hold a lot of items. (Five or more senses for me!).
My daughters are SO PATIENT! Yes, will continue “My Rides” at “My Lowe’s Fair”.
