Fred (at the Lowes on Turner Rd, Salem, OR) was extremely helpful. He was patient and amusing and knowledgeable. I shopped three other stores but I came back to Lowes mostly because I had confidence in Fred and felt very comfortable with him.

Kathleen of the Hope Mill NC store helped me today with needing a specific light bulb. She was very helpful and polite and even took my old light bulb to dispose of. It was very refreshing to see that kind of customer service because it is not there in other stores and it frustrates me when I can’t get the help I need or they seem like I bothered them when I do find someone.
