Realme the Chinese smartphone maker will unveil a new smartphone on the 20th of August 2019. By the looks of it, Realme will launch the Series 5 smartphone. According to sources, Realme will release two new smartphones, namely Realme 5 and Real 5 Pro. One of the major highlights of the phone is that it would feature a quad-camera -set-up.
The report also suggests that Realme is going to release a couple of smartphones under the budget segment. There is a highly likely chance that Realme 5 will take the Indian market by storm due to affordability and quad-camera set-up.
An insight into the specs of Realme 5
According to credible sources, the base model of the Realme 5 smartphone will begin at Rs 8,999. By the looks of it, the price bracket of the fifth series smartphone will be the same as is predecessor, Realme 3. On the other hand, the report also focuses on the specification, which states that the acclaimed SD 600 series SoC would power the phone.
Moreover, there is a highly likely chance that the phone would feature the robust SD 665 chipset, which also powers the Mi A3 by Xiaomi.
Realme’s first quad-camera -set-up smartphone
Previously the sources revealed that the forthcoming Realme 5 would sport a robust 64-MP camera. However, the official teaser that came from Flipkart did not disclose the resolution of the primary camera. Realme 5 would feature a 48-MP Sony IMX586 sensor. Nevertheless, the quad-camera -set-up would feature a wide aperture which would enable better photography even in low lights.
In addition to this, the secondary sensor would accompany a state-of-the-art ultrawide lens which would provide maximum zooming capacity on a budget-friendly smartphone. According to the official teaser, the third sensor will sport a macro lens. On top of that, the fourth sensor will feature a depth sensor that would allow clicking photos in the trending “portrait mode.” Moreover, the 5 Pro variant would feature the latest SD 712 chipset octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.30 GHz.
