Renowned singer KK has sadly passed away. As per reports, he died in a concert in Kolkata on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Needless to say, the news has saddened the entire nation. Tributes have poured in for the singer on social media as everyone is expressing their pain after learning about his sudden demise. The news comes following the tragic death of Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala who was shot dead. Along with paying him tributes, the people are searching for KK’s cause of death and details related to him including his wife Jyothy Krishna.
According to reports, the 53-year-old singer collapsed at the hotel where he was staying after the concert in Kolkata’s Nazrul Mancha auditorium. Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, was brought dead to the hospital, according to the doctors at CMRI hospital. After the news of KK’s demise surfaced on social media, many users claim the auditorium was overcrowded and the heat became oppressive during the concert. It is said that the singer was performing for a college fest in a venue having a capacity of about 2,400. However, many more people entered the venue as the concert began.
Known for some of Bollywood’s biggest hits such as ‘Pal’ and ‘Yaaron’, the singer started to feel uneasy and was rushed to CMRI hospital where he was declared dead. It has been said that the air conditioner of the venue was not working which made the singer feel suffocated. The entire music industry paid the exceptional singer’s heartfelt tributes. KK is survived by his wife, Jyothy Krishna, and their two children who might need forever to come out of this misery. The couple were happily married for a long time. Let us tell you that it was Jyothy who supported KK in settling down in life.
As per reports, Jyothy is an artist by profession. She also has a website on which one can see her creations. Reportedly, she is fond of painting and likes to paint her thoughts in colors on canvas. It is no doubt to state that her paintings reflect realism. Let us add that Jyothy has not taken any classes for painting. It has come to know that Jyothy and KK met in the sixth class for the first time and since then they were together. The couple tied the knot in 1991 and got blessed with two adorable children named Nakul Krishna Kunnath and Tamara Krishna Kunnath.
