So the box office numbers of the opening day of Saaho are finally out. Netizens from yesterday are guessing on the internet how much the film will be collecting on its first day worldwide. So here are the numbers to clear the confusion.

Saaho is released in four languages worldwide: Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam. It got released in over 6,000 screens worldwide. And it got the third-biggest pre-release business after 2.0 and Baahubali 2.

On its first day, the film received a mixed talk from the audience. Some have said that the film is blockbuster and will break all the records while some others have ridiculed the film. However, this didn’t affect the film’s first day collections as always.

Saaho Opening Day Collections

On Friday, Saaho has collected 35 crores in Telugu, 15 crores in Tamil, Rs 3-5 crores in Malayalam and 10 crores in Hindi world wide. So that will make it a total of 65 crores worldwide box office on Day 1.

On a mission to collect 290 crores, 65 crores is always a great start. The tone is set of the film. And you can expect massive weekend numbers too from all over India and overseas.

The only worrying thing for the makers will be the mixed talk. Many critics and common audience have bashed the film for not quite meeting the expectations of the audience. So that will mean it will be hard for the film to pull the audience from Monday.
