Karnan, The new Tamil Action drama film is releasing on 9th April. It is directed by Mari Selvaraj and starring Dhanush is expected to perform exceptionally. This movie is predicted to reach a mark of 10 Cr. on the very first day. The movie is reported to be released only in Tamil and not in Telugu, as of yet. The film crew is not planning to dub this movie into any other language because it chiefly concerns Tamil. Keeping the pandemic in mind, Karnan will be screened with 50% capacity in theatres, as confirmed by the producer himself. Its day one occupancy across Tamil Nadu includes almost around 455 shows in Chennai with 45.00% occupancy, 196 and 118 shows in Bengaluru and Coimbatore with 42% and 51% occupancy, respectively. Trivandrum and Pondicherry have secured 34 and 17 shows with 44% and 81% occupancy, respectively.
