Boxing fans will clamouring to watch the eagerly anticipated match between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk on Saturday (September 25) night.
The fight is at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium and will commence after the ring walks at 10pm.
There is a high level of interest in the match. Joshua’s challenger Usyk has never been beaten in a professional fight. He also won his first fight since moving up to the heavyweight class, beating Derek Chisora in October 2020 by a unanimous decision.
The clash will decide if Joshua can clear the challenging field before taking on Tyson Fury, the current holder of the WBC belt.
There are four major belts in total; Joshua holds three of them. Against Usyk, his WBA (Super), IBF and WBO belts will be on the line.
Nobody has held all ever held all four at once and to get to Fury, Joshua must defeat Usyk.

What can we expect from the fight?
Each fighter has been on a remarkably similar path.
Both turned professional in 2012, where each of them won a gold medal in their respective classes.
This was followed by both achieving dominant success in professional boxing. Usyk has never lost, whil Joshua only his one professional defeat to his name.
Usyk is known for his technique and stamina, so may want the fight to go the distance, providing he can survive the sheer power of Joshua in the earlier rounds.
