Developed by Rob David, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is a computer-animated science fantasy television series. The show premiered on Netflix on September 16, 2021, and is a reimagining of the 1983 series of the same name.

When the first season premiered, it received a positive response from critics and audiences and holds an 80% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Following the response to the first season, the makers announced a second season and the fans are eagerly waiting for it.

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Season 2: Release Date and Plot

The second season of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is scheduled for release on March 3, 2022. Although the first season had 10 episodes, the number of episodes for the upcoming season has not been confirmed.

The show follows Prince Adam, who is separated from his father King Randor during the treachery of his uncle Keldor. While being a part of a Tiger Tribe with his best friend Krass’tine, he finds a Power Sword which transforms him into He-Man.

Alongside Cringer, Krass’tine and new found allies Teela and Duncan, they work together to fight the forces of Keldor while he transforms into Skeletor and his minions Evil-Lyn, Beast Man and Trap-Jaw.

The second season is expected to continue from where Season 1 ended. He-Man and his friends failed to stop Skeletor from taking the throne of Eternos and forced to separate, suggesting that they would all get back together, destroying Skeletor’s staff and defeat the Dark Masters.
