Evaru is crime drama thriller which is about the death of a high ranking police officer by an alleged rape victim. Yet the victim has her own version of the story about the murder to tell the protagonist Vasudev. This sub-inspector is entrusted with the duty to reveal the truth from the lies.
Regina Cassandra said… “Ramji and Sesh came and told me the story of the movie. I instantly liked it. The character is also excellent.” PVP said, “Ramji had previously worked for ‘Size Zero’ under our banner. The audience would be talking about it for a long time after watching the movie. Telugu cinema is getting a new buzz. So many good movies are being made. I think ‘Evaru’ will also be included in the list of good films.”
Adivi Sesh is busy with movie promotions. No matter what he has no tension about the movie premiere. Naveen Chandra and Murali Sharma will be seen in the lead roles. Sricharan composes the music. Abburi Ravi wrote the dialogues. Vamsi Pachipulusu is the cinematographer.
Review Of Evaru
One of the most enticing parts of the film is the endless twists that are never-ending. The director and cinematographer did a fabulous job in executing and planning the twists. Moreover, this is the only thing that will make people hooked to the TV screen.
When it comes to picking up a good thriller movie to keep the career afloat, Adivi Sesh did a splendid job by portraying a corrupt cop. The confrontation scenes across the film were quite engaging. Regina, on the other hand, poured in a lot of effort by portraying the role of a person with multiple facades and personalities. Regina portrays the character Sameera who is cunning, helpless, as well as arrogant at the same time. As the expert review is concerned, Regina gave one of the best performances of her career with this film.
In addition to this, the climax of Evaru is evenly planning, which brings out a swift and convincing ending. However, there is a significant minus point that comes with Evaru. Evaru is an adaptation of the Spanish film, “The Invisible Guest.” Later the Bollywood industry also adopted the story and featured it in “Badla,” which was released earlier this year.
Naveen Chandra’s character is the killer. Chandra yet again proved his acting prowess by portraying a well balanced negative character. The movie comprises top-notch dialogues around a swift narrative. By the looks of it, Venkat Ramji’s directorial debut did impress the fans and critics alike.
My Rating: 3.75/5
