As Whitney softens towards Gray, he convinces her to give them a go but to take it slow.
Gray supports Whitney during rehearsals, but Gray and Gray get into an awkward situation when Chelsea Fox (Zarah Abrahams), appears behind the bar.
After rehearsal, Jen offers Whitney an opportunity on a cruise ship, leaving Gray worried he’ll lose her.
He tries to convince Whitney, but it’s no use. Gray takes matters into his hands.
Are Whitney and Gray set to be his next victims?
Fans of the BBC One soap will know that Gray is responsible for the deaths of his wife Chantelle Atkins, Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi.
As the serial drama was reliving Chantelle’s murder, Gray made a major mistake.

Gray quickly left the room and Whitney was soon gone. Gray knew this because he wouldn’t be happy to see his father again.
Gray was reminded by his father of his childhood struggles to control his violent impulses. He had even attacked his mother. Gray felt chills when he mentioned Chantelle’s passing.
“You still have your anger issues, don’t you?” his father asked, before revealing: “I saw it online yesterday, that your wife, that Chantelle Atkins, died a year ago in a domestic accident.
“I am scared for you. Gray, I am afraid of what your actions will be. How did Chantelle die?”
Gray showed his terror by vaguely threatening to murder his own father unless he dropped his questions, leaving his dad horrified at what his son had become.
“I hope you find peace, and it hope it comes quickly,” Gray warned.
In the aftermath of the tense reunion, Gray managed to share a clinch with Whitney when they were reunited. However, the killer’s troubles were far from over.
Once Whitney was gone, Gray made a very risky decision because he was quickly running out cash – he decided to use Tina Carter’s bank card!
Will Gray’s foolish decision be the beginning of the end for him?
