Disney Plus Releases All New Hawkeye Poster Just In Time For The Christmas Spirit

Get out your Mariah Carey plate and ornaments, because Christmas comes early this year. Disney Plus’ hawk eye series surprised fans when the first trailer showed the project leaning heavily, like very heavily, into the Christmas spirit. Set during the holiday season, the series centers on Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton, who is taken by Kate Bishop on a life-threatening adventure. Details about the series are otherwise sparse, though the wait for the latest Disney Plus is shrinking by the day.

Hawkeye

To get us in the mood for the holiday season, Disney Plus has released a brand new poster for Hawkeye, which takes the Christmas spirit up to 11.

The poster shows Hawkeye and Kate Bishop in their somewhat traditional purple suits while various archery targets hang like ornaments around them. The series will debut later this month on November 24, making it the perfect show to watch in between Thanksgiving family quarrels. In a surprise move, Disney Plus will be launching two episodes in a row, giving fans just enough to chew on over the long weekend.

Here’s the synopsis for it Hawk:

“Former Avenger Clint Barton has a seemingly simple mission: to return to his family for Christmas. Possibly? Perhaps with the help of Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old archer who dreams of becoming a superhero. The two are forced to work together when a presence from Barton’s past threatens to derail much more than the party atmosphere.”

Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner, Hailee Steinfeld, Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Brian d’Arcy James and Alaqua Cox. Florence Pugh is expected to return in her Black Widow role.
