SonyLiv, a leading digital streaming platform, has officially confirmed that “Agent” will be available this May, further increasing its diversified content catalog. Despite great anticipation, “Agent” failed to achieve commercial success and earned mixed reviews from reviewers and the public alike. According to trade sources, the film’s disappointing performance would result in a meager box office revenue of less than five crores.
Anil Sunkara, the film’s producer, openly accepted responsibility for the film’s poor performance and recognized the faults committed during production. In addition, he acknowledged starting the movie without a good screenplay, which caused a slew of problems.
