Shopped at store #0356 on 10/30/2023 @ 14:23:29 spending $39.86. My compliment is that there was not one full service register open. The only register open was the self-checkout with one employee helping to man four registers. There were eight to ten people waiting in line to checkout which is utterly ridiculous. Not one full service register open. While the manager I saw was seating in at desk in her office. Very poor manager conduct on her part. Your policies to accommodate the public is concerning.
We went to Lowes on10-23-23. We had 4 items to purchase. I saw Dave and ask him where to look for them. He rattled off the isle. numbers without hesitation. We went to the first number where we needed help in getting the right furnace filter. I spotted Dave and he was again there to the rescue. He ended up helping us with 2 more items in the other isles. The last item, he tried to help, but Loes did not have it. It was a hinge for our kitchen door that had broke. Our home is older and so was the kitchen doors. Since Lowes did not have it, Dave told us of another place that might have it. We did go there and was able to get it. Dave is police, considerate, and knowledge. Thank you, Dave.
