Lav Agarwal, the Joint Secretary of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare India has reportedly underlined the areas which are affected by Pandemic Coronavirus. By the looks of it, the areas are divided into two segments, namely Buffer Zone and Containment Zone. Agarwal emphasized containment zone be segregated into sectors comprising 50 homes and whereas in the difficult areas the homes should be 30 in number.<\/p>\n

The real fight with Coronavirus begins<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Additionally, Agarwal stated, in the containment zones the officials will map the transmission of COVID19 and also prevent contagion from further spreading. Rapid Response Team, on the other hand, would identify the containment zones in terms of contacts\/cases listen.<\/p>\n

The Indian government is strengthening the effort of containing Coronavirus by classifying districts across the country into segments-<\/p>\n

Hotspot Districts:<\/strong> Places where maximum cases of Coronavirus is reported.<\/p>\n

Non-Hotspot Districts:<\/strong> Places with few Coronavirus cases<\/p>\n

Green Zones:<\/strong> Place that didn’t report Coronavirus in quite some time now.<\/p>\n

The Health Ministry of India has reportedly identified 170 districts to be hotspot locations and 207 districts as the non-hotspot locations across the country. According to the Health Ministry, a buffer zone would be set up of 5-KM radius in urban and 7-KM in rural areas as micro plans for keeping the virus at bay from transmitting.<\/p>\n

How will the government determine a location as Green Zone?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A locality in a district or state will be deemed as green zone if there are no reports of active cases related to Coronavirus in the last 28 Days.<\/p>\n
