Bollywood’s superhero Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff are coming together for the first time in the upcoming action thriller “War”, which is going to hit the silver screen on October 2nd on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. Directed by Sidharth Anand of Salam Namasthe and Bang Bang fame, the movie is touted to be a face-off between Hrithik and Tiger.

Hrithik plays the role of Kabir while Tiger plays the role of Khalid. The story is about an Indian army soldier Khalid who will be assigned to search and kill Kabir who is a former soldier turned rouge that mentored Khalid. The movie has Vani Kapoor playing the female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan. All three of the lead actors are working with each other for the first time.
The movie is written and produced by Adithya Chopra under his home production banner Yash Raj Films. The movie also has Ashutosh Rana as Colonel Luthra, Dipannitha Sharma and Anupriya Goenka in supporting roles. War is supposed to be the biggest release of 2019 after Salman Khan’s Bharat. The movie is being released in three languages such as Hindi(Original), Telugu and Tamil.
Coming to the first day collections of the film, given the budget and interesting trailer of the film, it can be in the range of 25-30 crores on the first day. The film is expected to do a business of more than 300 crores in the first week of its release. Let us wait and watch how the film performs at the box office.
