As we predicted earlier, Stranger Things will carry on with its fourth season and the gang is making a comeback to take us Upside Down once again. Following eight fantastic episodes, Stranger Things Season 3 left us all wanting more. Whining about cliffhangers, impatiently waiting for the news of its arrival, Netflix left too much to the unknown and has still not made any official announcements about renewing the science-fiction horror series.
Stranger Things Season 4 Release Date:
But insider information says it is going to happen and pretty soon! If production is slated to begin this October, then we can expect a possible late 2020 release because producer and director Shawn Levy have already confirmed that Season 4 is happening. Netflix typically takes about a month or two to officially announce the renewal status of a show. Considering Season 3 only released on July 4, we will have to be a little patient to hear the final word from the streaming giant.
Stranger Things Season 4 Cast:
Starring Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Charlie Heaton, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Priah Ferguson, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery, Maya Hawke, Cary Elwes, Cara Buono, Jake Busey and Francesca Reale, Stranger Things Season 3 takes us back to the summer of 85 in Hawkins where we witness some serious plot twists, character developments and of course a number of creepy otherworldly creatures.
Having premiered only in 2016, Stranger Things‘ fanbase has grown bigger by the day, with Season 3 taking viewer ratings over the roof. Within the first four days itself, the show had been watched by more than 40 million households, breaking Netflix’s viewing record. According to the streaming giant, a ‘view’ refers to somebody watching 70% of a film or a show. However, since the numbers are based on households and individuals, we can never know for sure exactly how many people watched it but we can certainly get a rough idea about how popular Stranger Things really is!
