SBI is about to declare the results for candidates who appeared for Clerical exams. All candidates who had appeared on 22nd and 23rd June 2019 for Preliminary exam for 8653 posts of Junior Associates (Customer support and sales) in Clerical Division can expect the result today, July 19.

Steps to download SBI Clerk results in 2019

#1- Log on to Official SBI website
#2- Click the careers’ tab.
#3- Find and click on ‘SBI Clerk Prelims Result’ Link
#4- A PDF file with candidate codes of qualified applicants will show up.
#5- You can download the PDF file and save it for future reference.

Caution: SBI has already warned through a notification that frauds are trying to lure innocent people to fake SBI lookalike websites.

“Fake lists of selection for posts in SBI have been published on these websites, and reportedly fake appointment letters are also being issued in the name of SBI,” said SBI to a press release.

Bank request you to remember that It never publishes names of the shortlisted or selected candidates. Only roll numbers/ registration numbers will be published And shortlisted candidates will be informed promptly through SMS, Email or Post.

The prelims exams was of a moderate level. Punjab and Haryana is expected to have higher percentile in the prelims.

PLEASE NOTE: SBI will shortlist candidates approximately 10 times the number of vacancies available for the main examination.

Main examination will be Computer-based Objective-type test as before.
More Information:

The SBI Clerk Main Examination will be for 2 Hours and 40 Minutes. The questions will be from,

  • General or Financial awareness
  • General English
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Reasoning ability and
    Computer Knowledge

General English section will have 40 questions and all other sections will have 50 questions. Each question will reward one mark and each wrong answer will deduct quarter mark.

General Financial Awareness and General English will be 35 minutes duration each and Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Computer Knowledge is for 45 minutes each.
