Prince Charles’ ‘secret love child’ shares email ‘evidence’ he sent future King letter

An Australian man who repeatedly claims to be the son of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall has shared an e-mail he says proves he sent a letter to the Queen’s son.

Simon Dorante Day, 55, was born at Portsmouth in April 1966 and adopted later by a family that had close ties with the Queen.

According to him, his grandmother, who was a Palace worker for the Royal Family, informed him that his dad and mum were the Prince of Wales, and the Duchess Cornwall.

Now based in Queensland, Australia, the engineer has spent years trying to prove his bizarre theory – and is desperate for the royals to get a DNA test.

Now, he has shared an email that alleges that Detective Inspector Dave Smith from the Royalty and Specialist Protection unit handed over a letter he had written to the Prince’s aides, The Sun reported.

In the post about the 2015 letter posted to his Facebook page, of which there is no evidence is genuine, Dorante-Day wrote: “Just to confirm that I received the letter you sent by airmail addressed to me.

“I opened the outer packaging containing my details.

“The inner letter addressed to the Prince I took by hand, unopened, to the Princes’ correspondence team. I hope this is suitable.”

He said he is sharing the old email now to prove that he had attempted to solve his quest quietly, before going public.

“The depth to which I had already acted before this issue broke in the media, or was even on Facebook or the TV, is just not clearly understood,” Dorante-Day wrote.

“This evidence is from July 2015 when my letter was handed to Prince Charles’ private secretary by D.I. David Smith from SO14 and Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Unit.

“I authored the letter, but it was reviewed and approved by a leading Australian Family Law firm before it was despatched.”

According to Simon, the Duchess of Cornwall, then Camilla Shand, mysteriously disappeared for at least nine months in 1966, and Charles was sent on a tour of Australia at around the same time.

The royals have never responded to the allegations.
