Moon Knight is an upcoming American TV series that is based on an American comic book of the same name, is Marc Spector: Moon Knight.

The comic was published by Marvel comics. It was created by Dough Moench and Don Perlin.

Moon Knight is a TV series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, an American media franchise that made the series of superhero films based on the Marvel comics and published by Marvel Studios.

Marvel Cinematic Universe had earlier given many superhero films like Iron Man (2008), The Avengers (2012), Iron Man 3 (2013) and Ant-Man (2013), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Black Widow (2021).

One of the major announcements of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Moon Knight had was celebrated in August 2019.

The makers of the series, then, decided and announced that this lesser-known marvel hero will come up with a specific series of its name.

Distribution rights of this much-anticipated superhero series are acquired by Disney Platform Distribution.

Now the makers have announced the date of release, it is confirmed now that this series is going to be released on the online streaming platform Disney+ from 30 March 2022. Watch all the episodes now:

The trailer of this most-awaited superhero series has been released soon on January 18, 2022, during the NFL Super Wild Card matchup on ESPN and the ABC Network.

The series will consist of six episodes of the time duration of 40-45 minutes each. It is part of the 4th phase of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The filming of the series began in April 2021 and wrapped up in October 2021. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and English audiences can watch this much-awaited series soon.

Moon Knight Star Cast

Moon Knight is a lesser-known hero of Marvels that is all set to come with its own series for the first time.

Star War actor Oscar Issac will be seen in the lead role of Marc Spector or Moon Knight, he was confirmed for this role in October 2020.

Oscar Issac will be seen in a role of a former US Marine, who has dissociative identity disorder.

The film stars Ethan Hawke, who will be seen in a villainous role, and May Calamawy.

The first four episodes of the series are directed by Mohamed Diab and the last two episodes are directed by duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead.

It is created by Jeremy Slater, who served as head writer of the series. It is bankrolled by Kevin Feige and team under Marvel Studios and cinematography for this superhero TV series is performed by Gregory Middleton.
