Team USA is packed full of some of the best golfers on the planet for this year’s Ryder Cup, with eight of the current top 10 in the men’s world rankings representing their country at Whistling Straits this month.
They will have the support and cheering of their Wisconsin counterparts.
These ‘WAGs,’ along with the players, will be officially introduced at Thursday’s Ryder Cup opening ceremony.
The partners of Team Europe’s players will also be there after the US State department made an agreement with the European Tour, PGA, and Embassy that coronavirus restrictions would not apply to family.
Here are some details about the people who will be cheering for the American stars at Whistling Strits this weekend.
Sophia Phalen Bertolami – Bryson DeChambeau
Born in Tennessee to a pharmacist father and a nurse mother, Bertolami has been dating DeChambeau since the last Ryder Cup in 2018.
After studying for a nutrition and kinesiology degree in California, it seems that she wanted to follow the footsteps of her parents and get into the medical field.
But now the Instagram model has a ‘large cup’ swimwear collection with La Isla, and has reportedly built up a six-figure net worth of her own through her fashion work and modelling.
Bertolami has been in relationships before with high-profile athletes, including Mike Napoli and Danny Muno.
Jena Sims – Brooks Koepka
An actress and former beauty pageant contestant, Sims is regularly spotted following her fiancée Koepka on the PGA Tour.
In 2007, she was named Miss Georgia Teen USA. She represented the state at the national pageant but did not place.

Sims has since turned her focus to acting, starring in low-budget comedy horror flick Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader in 2012 and later appearing in Sharknado 5.
After Koepka proposed to Sims on a Florida beach, the couple got engaged in March.
Sims announced the news on her Instagram page on April Fool’s Day, quipping: “Forever is no joke.”
Paulina Gretzky – Dustin Johnson
World number two Johnson has a fiancée with a famous surname – Paulina is the daughter of ice hockey great Wayne Gretzky, who still holds the NHL records for most goals and points scored as well as most assists produced.
Paulina, a model, and pop star, was born in Los Angeles while her father played for the LA Kings.
Johnson is her long-term partner. She was engaged to Johnson eight years ago. But, the couple are now set to marry after she was photographed in a wedding dress shop with Vera Wang earlier in the year. A friend also shared an Instagram snap of the invite.
Johnson may not be able to count on his wife-to-be’s in-person support at Whistling Straits, though, as she shared news last week that she had picked up a leg injury.
Gretzky shared a photo of her lower left leg in a black cast with the caption: “Just my luck before the Ryder Cup.”
Tori Slater – Daniel Berger
Ryder Cup rookie Berger bagged himself a golf-loving beauty in the form of Victoria Slater.
The 26-year old has a huge Instagram following where she shares photos of her beach adventures near Florida.

Slater, a marketing graduate, is now a licensed real estate agent in the Alligator State.
Slater has been seen supporting Berger on tour, and she has caddied for him at the Masters Par-3 Tournament in 2016.
Katherine Zhu – Collin Morikawa
Another keen golf enthusiast who has caddied for her partner, Zhu is an impressive golfer in her own right.
She came from China to attend Pepperdine University where she was a Division One player for four years.
Zhu earned a number of WGCA All-American titles, but did not pursue a full-time career in the sport like boyfriend Morikawa.
The Vancouver-born beauty supports Morikawa on the course and will likely continue doing so as he makes her Ryder Cup debut.
Nikki Guidish – Patrick Cantlay
A former bodybuilder and model in her younger days, Guidish holds a doctorate earned from her studies at the University of Central Florida.
She is now a pharmacist and has worked at Palm Beach Pharmaceuticals the past year.
Guidish and Cantlay do not share much detail about their romance, but she has been spotted on several occasions cheering on her boyfriend at competitions.
They have shared several photos of themselves together on social media, and they are now a little more open about their relationship.
