Marvel Release Date For All Their TV Series’ Coming in 2022 & 2023


Nov 12, 2021, Disney Day Plus taken Place or a holiday for the streaming service that turns 2, but especially for miracle fans who witnessed the announcement of several TV series set to be released in the next two years (barring unforeseen circumstances). In addition, a 14-minute promotional video has been released on Disney+ to remember the 2021 Marvel series, including the upcoming Hawkeye and some new releases.

Moon Knight

Moon Knight is a 6-episode live-action series announced in 2019 and set to debut in 2022. As for the cast, the lead role or that of Marc Spector / Moon Knight has been given to Oscar Isaac, while the villain (whose name has not yet been revealed) will be played by Ethan Hawke. Actors Gaspard Ulliel and May Calamawy are part of the cast, but in unknown roles. The first two episodes will be directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, with the screenplay instead of Jeremy Slater.

Agatha: House of Harkness

The live-action TV series Agatha: House of Harkness is a spin-off of the Wanda Vision series (already available on Disney+). The show was billed as a dark comedy with the character of Agatha Harkness at the center. Jac Schaeffer returns as executive producer and screenwriter after Wanda Vision’s experience. Actress Kathryn Hahn returns as the witch.

Marvel Release Date

Spider-Man: Freshman Year

Spider-Man: Freshman Year is an animated series that chronicles the early school years of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. It has not yet been made official who will voice the main character: either Tom Holland (who is Spider-Man in the MCU movies) or, for example, Hudson Thames, who voiced Spider-Man in the animated series What If…? Spider-Man: Freshman Year will be written and produced by Jeff Trammel.

iron heart

The live-action series Ironheart will consist of 6 episodes and will tell the adventures of teenage Riri Williams, who will be played by Dominique Thorne. This character will make his debut in the movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will hit theaters in 2022.


The live-action TV series Echo tells the adventures of Maya Lopez or a deaf Native American played by actress Alaqua Cox. The show is a spin-off of the Hawkeye series (debuting November 24, 2021).

Marvel Zombies

One of the episodes of the animated series What If…? the most popular with fans was the one devoted to the zombie apocalypse. The animated series Marvel Zombie has been announced here, but it is not yet known that this will be a spin-off of What If…? or a series with the same characters or something completely new.

secret invasion

Secret Invasion is a live-action series featuring the Skrulls who are mainly seen in Captain Marvel. The series is already in production and will debut in 2022 with a cast led by Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Ben Mendelsohn as the leader of the Skrull Talos and also in unnamed roles Kingsley Ben-Adir, Olivia Colman, Killian Scott, Christopher McDonald, Carmen Ejogo and Emilia Clarke.

I am tall

I am Groot is an animated short film series announced in 2020. The show chronicles the adventures of little Groot who can be seen in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 movie.

Mrs. Marvel

The live action series Mrs. MarveI will consist of 6 episodes and will tell the adventures of the young Kamala Khan or a Muslim teenager who grew up in New Jersey. The main role was entrusted to Iman Vellani. The cast also includes Aramis Knight as Kareem/Red Dagger, Saagar Shaikh as Kamala Amir’s brother, Rish Shah as Kamran, Matt Lintz is Kamala’s best friend Bruno Carrelli, Zenobia Shroff is Kamala’s mother Muneeba, while the father is Yusuf, played by Mohan kapur. In yet undisclosed roles are Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha, Alyy Khan and Alysia Reiner.

The show created and written by Bisha K. Ali, directed by Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon will debut on Disney+ in the summer of 2022. It is important to remember that Kamala Khan will appear in the sequel to Captain Marvel or in the movie titled The Marvels which is set to hit theaters in 2022.


She/Hulk is a 10-episode live-action series that was first announced in 2019. The show as a legal comedy stars Jennifer Walters, who will be played by Tatiana Maslany. This character is Bruce Banner/Hulk’s cousin, who will also appear in the series with the face of Marc Ruffalo. The cast also includes Renée Elise Goldsberry as Amelia, Josh Segarra and Ginger Gonzaga in roles not yet revealed, while Jameela Jamil will be the villain Titania. Tim Roth will reprise his role as Emil Blonsky/Abomination after the 2008 film The Incredible Hulk.


X Men ’97 is the animated sequel/revival of the mutant series that aired in the 1990s through 1997. Disney+ features the return of Cal Dodd as Wolverine, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler, Christopher Britton as mr. Sinister, Catherine Disher as Jean Gray, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm and Alyson Court as Jubilee. The “old” cast is joined by new voices, including Jennifer Hale, Anniwaa Buachie, Ray Chase, Matthew Waterson, JP Karliak, Holly Chou, Jeff Bennett and AJ LoCascio.

Director Larry Houston and screenwriters Eric and Julia Lewald from the original series are getting back to work on the new episodes, which will hit Disney+ in 2023.

What if …? Season 2

The second season of the animated What If…? will consist of 9 episodes, but it is not yet known when it will be broadcast.

The Guardian of The Galaxy: Holiday Special

Holiday special Guardians of the Galaxy will be a live-action format special set after Thor: Love and Thunder and before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The cast confirms Chris Pratt as Peter Quill / Star-Lord, Dave Bautista in the role of Drax, Bradley Cooper in the original Rocket Raccoon, Karen Gillan in the role of Nebula, Pom Klementieff in that of Mantis and Vin Diesel will in the original version continues to be the voice of Groot.

Loki season 2

There is no word yet on Loki’s second live-action season, which was confirmed to coincide with the end of the first. Almost without a doubt, Tom Hiddleston will return in the lead role and Sophia Di Martino in that of the Loki Variant.

Armor Wars

Armor Wars is a live-action series starring James Rhodes aka War Machine, played by Don Cheadle. The series will look at what happens when Tony Stark’s technology falls into the wrong hands. Yassir Lester will sign the script.
