ePunjab School Web Portal, a Punjab government initiative, is an online software implemented across 6200+ middle, high and senior secondary government schools to smoothen the operations across the schools in Punjab. The online portal is designed to manage the information related to students, staff, finance, attendance, infrastructure, and a lot more.

The information is updated every month by the school authorities, and the government is planning on implementing the system across 13000 remaining government primary schools across the state.

ePunjabSchool Login 2021

There are two ways of logging into the ePunjab School web portal. The first method is using their official website at www.epunjabschool.gov.in, and the second method is by downloading the application.

The ePunjab School application is available in both Google play store as well as Apple Store. Download and install the application for easier access to the portal. As the application is pretty similar to their official website, you can follow the below-mentioned steps for both the web login and the app login.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Visit their official website https://www.epunjabschool.gov.in.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Login option on the top bar, and you get to see the drop-down options.
  3. From the drop-down, click on the School/Office Login, the first option of the drop-down.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details.
  5. Enter the captcha code that’s provided below into the empty box that reads, “Enter Code here.“
  6. Click on the login below once done with entering the details.

In case of an unclear captcha, you can refresh the captcha multiple times until it becomes clear by clicking on the refresh button beside the captcha.

Once logged in, the site will take you to a homepage to access the data as required and download the data depending on the permissions provided.

ePunjab Staff Login

Follow the below steps:

  1. Visit their official website https://www.epunjabschool.gov.in.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Login option on the top bar, and you get to see the drop-down options.
  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the Staff Login, the second option from the drop-down.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details.
  5. Enter your date of birth in the requested format (DDMMYYY). Enter date, number of the month, and the year without any spaces in between them.
  6. Click on the GO present on the side.

This will direct you to a new page from where you can access the staff details such as staff profile, Staff Identity card, Update information for staff, and others. Choose the options accordingly.

ePunjab Vocational Login

Vocational education is gaining importance in India, with many students showing interest in performing a specific trade as a technician or any art form. The government has foreseen and is supporting vocational education and provided a separate login option for the same. Follow the below steps.

  1. Visit their official website https://www.epunjabschool.gov.in.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Login option on the top bar, and you get to see the drop-down options.
  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the Vocational Login.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details.
  5. Enter the captcha code that’s provided below into the empty box that reads, “Enter given code.” The asterisk mark on the top indicates that the fields are mandatory. THey need to be filled in to get to the next page.
  6. Click on the login below once done with entering the details. Refresh captcha if needed.

This will take you to a new homepage where you can access Vocational education information.

ePunjab Mid Day Meal Login

Mid-Day Meal is a program implemented by the government to have their mid-day meals at the school. The program has been implemented across different schools in different states across India. It’s the responsibility of the school staff to make sure that students avail of this benefit and the procedures are in line.

  1. Visit their official website https://www.epunjabschool.gov.in.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Login option on the top bar, and you get to see the drop-down options.
  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the Mid-Day Meal Login.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details.
  5. Enter the captcha code that’s provided below into the empty box that reads, “Enter given code.”
  6. Click on the Administrator login below once done with entering the details.

You can see the option Daily MDM Status Reports that are present at the bottom of the page. Click on the same, and it opens on a new page. Enter the date and click on Show that gives the report. One can opt for a District-wise report as well.

ePunjab PSEB Login

PSEB login is the easiest, which only requires a username and password.

  1. Visit their official website https://www.epunjabschool.gov.in.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Login option on the top bar, and you get to see the drop-down options.
  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the PSEB Login.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details, and you will be logged in once you click on the login button.

ePunjab Finance Login

The Finance Department maintains the details of received amounts, expenditures, and other school financial transactions. Below are the simple steps to log in to the Financial page.

  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the Finance Login.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details.

ePunjab BM and DM Login

BM and DM login is one of the easiest ones to login with only a username and password.

  3. Now, from the drop-down, click on the BM and DM Login.
  4. On the new page, enter your username and password details, and you will be logged in once you click on the login button.

This is for new teachers who can check the relevant details.

  3. From the drop-down, click on the Teaching practices Login, the last option of the drop-down.
