Disney Reveals 2 Star Wars-Themed Series on Star Wars Day

In celebration of Star Wars Day, Disney has released two trailers for some of their upcoming Star Wars-themed programming coming to Disney+.

First, Disney Gallery: The Book of Boba Fett is out today, and explores the behind-the-scenes story of the recently released series The Book of Boba Fett. It will feature various interviews with the filmmakers, cast, and crew behind the hit series, as well as never-before-seen footage and a deep dive into some of the technology that Disney employed to film the series.

The second series, Light & Magic, is set to debut on July 27, 2022, and will see Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Lawrence Kasdan as he takes viewers behind the curtains of Industrial Light & Magic, the iconic visual effects, animation, and virtual production division of Lucasfilm.

The series will give the audience a peek behind-the-scenes with some of the most legendary filmmakers in Hollywood, as well as highlighting the story of George Lucas bringing his original vision of Star Wars to the screen. Light & Magic will be executive produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, and will span six-parts when it debuts this summer.
