Sharmiela Mandre who mainly appears in the Kannada cinema having has acted in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi movies also will be participating in the Bigg Boss season 7 Kannada as the participant or housemate in the seventh season also of the Bigg Boss Kannada Kiccha Sudeep will be back as the host.
The show will premiere on October 13th at 6 PM. AN interesting fact about the premiere of the seventh season of Bigg Boss Kannada is that it will be aired in multiplexes also as it is 2.5 hour-long shows.
Sharmiela Mandre started her career in the Kannada cinema from the Film Sajni opposite Dhyan but got her first commercial success from Krishna in which she worked as the lead actress opposite Ganesh which brought her both critical and commercial success.
Her films Navagraha (2008), Venkata in Sankata (2009) and Swayamvara (2010) are among her notable works. In the year 2011, she was seen in Dhan Dhana Dhan, which was her most recent Kannada film release and made a special appearance in Mass Leader.
From the year 2012 she moved towards Tamil cinema and debuted in Tamil cinema from the film Mirattal which was a remake of the Telugu film Dhee. She has also produced a Tamil film Evanukku Engeyo Matcham Irukku’ in 2018
The 29 year old has birthday on 28th October and looks like this year she will be celebrating it in the Bigg Boss’s house. Sharmiela hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Not much is know about her family background, educational qualifications or her personal life as she has kept a low profile in public about it.
She is presently unmarried and single. She completed an acting course in London and was a successful model before she ventured into films.
